slow check-in dirty carpet
The room was neat. That much was acceptable.
Check-in was slow. They seemed capable of helping only one person at a time. The carpets in the lifts were in dire need of cleaning. The cleaning service completely ruined some makeup palettes, left the rubbish tipped, and put used towels in the bin!!!

Fantastic Airport Stay!
gluten-free menu delicious pork ribs excellent restaurant service
The gluten-free menu had decent options. I found the pork ribs quite delicious. They gave generous portions. Harman provided excellent restaurant service. His knowledge was essential for a gluten-free diner.

Convenient Airport Stay
fast check-in great service super clean bathroom good selection
Check-in was fast, a simple process I appreciated. Kirkesh provided great service in the restaurant, made the meal even better. The room was clean, and the bathroom was super clean (always a good sign!). The restaurant had well-priced options and a good wine selection, which I liked.
I found the parking charges a bit high. The hotel does not provide its own parking and has only airport parking available, it was expensive.

The hotel features a 24-hour bar, which allows for late-night relaxation. Quick check-in and check-out services provide added convenience. The location provides quick access to both the airport and train services.

The hotel is surprisingly quiet, I didn't hear much aircraft noise. The location is excellent for accessing the airport. I found the staff helpful .

I thought the restaurant served good food at reasonable prices. Matt provided especially friendly and helpful service in the restaurant. The breakfast had a good selection from a fry up to toast and cereals.

Acceptable Stay Near the Airport
great shower coffee facilities airport proximity confusing parking no response parking fine
The hotel is very close to the airport. This location made it easy for my early morning flight! The hotel also provides tea and coffee facilities in the room. This was very convenient. The shower had great water pressure too!
The parking situation was confusing upon arrival! I saw a sign that read 'Drop off only'. This was misleading, since there wasn't a clear designated area. The hotel never responded to my email regarding a parking fine.
